My name is Penelope G. Frecklepants and I have a PhG in Glitterology! I am silly to the core and as goofy as a clown! Some of my favorite past times are making people laugh, (little giggles are the best), painting faces, twisting balloons, story telling, goofy hair designs, crafts, parties, and parades! I am a Glitterologist, graduated from Twinkle University in 2001 with my PhG. I believe that if you add a little glitter, you can make the world shine! I am available for children’s parties and events, parades, and much more!
